Hard surfaces are a different job. Driveways, walkways, and patios can take a proper power wash. The house and the roof should not. I will say that on the walk-around so nobody is guessing.

Windows are their own service. Streak-free, up to three stories. Christmas lights are seasonal — commercial-grade LED, we hang them and we take them down. Commercial buildings get the same soft-wash thinking on siding and roofs. If you want any of that quoted with the wash, say so when you call.
